I had a phone message from a client/friend that asked me if we’re really that busy.  They’ve been trying to place an order by phone but haven’t been able to get through.

Yes, my lovelies, we are that busy!  Maybe this will help explain that…we’re the only company in the world blowing Internal violet wand electrodes.  In the world.  Not that the violet wand community of users is especially large, but we- are -it- when it comes to many violet wand products; we’re the only source for them.  So that is just one thing that keeps us hopping…that we’re the only place to get many violet wand products.

Manufacturing and order fulfillment and shipping keep us busy.  All orders are shipping on time and in the posted time estimates, and keeping up with getting orders out on time means busy.

Service keeps us busy too.  We have lifetime warranties on our wands and electrodes, so we’re still tweaking people’s wands if they bought them years and years ago.

What can you do if you are trying to place an order? To make sure you get your order ‘IN’?

The biggest thing you can do to get your gear, is.. order online.  Then your order is in the system, and paid for, and next in line.

Pay for your order.  Orders that choose layaways or payment by telephone etc., don’t get in line as fast as if they are paid for right away.  Often we call back and forth with someone for days till we get them, just so that we can accept payment over the phone. Once its fully paid for, then it gets in line for filling the order.

Email if you want a custom package!  I know I have accounts on fetlife, alt.com, collarme, bondage.com, twitter, etc, but a) Im not on those very much and b) maybe Im on my personal PC when I do get on them.  When we are this busy with orders, social sites have to take a backseat to business.

Email if you want a custom package!  List clearly in the email the items that you want, and Ill send you back a package quote.  Phone, not so good.

Watch for announcements.  When demand gets too high, we sometimes have to stop taking phone orders, paypal orders, layaways or other non-credit card/web orders for a period of time.  Look on my main website announcements to see if that’s in effect.

Order early!  If you want it for Christmas or a birthday etc, get your order in early. Every year we have to turn some people away.  I don’t like that and you won’t either.

And be patient.  Yes, with this kind of demand it is more difficult to get ‘through’. Email is best for questions.  Credit card is fastest for a placing an order.  And in the end, just know we know you want your toys and will do our very best to help you order, but these things will help us help you get your order placed.
