Our lifetime warranties are exceptional for any company. But just like any other manufacturer with a warranty on their products, there is a procedure to follow, especially for an exceptional lifetime warranty like ours.

All our items are warrantied against defect for 90 days.

Violet Wand Warranty:

90 days against defect and lifetime warranty repair services.

You must purchase your Violetwanda violet wand directly from Violetwanda Presents at www.violetwanda.com or Mjolnir Advanced Violet Wand Systems at www.violet-wands.com

You must activate your warranty by completing and sending in the warranty card within the time frame specified on the card.

You must follow use and care instructions found in the user’s manual so that you do not void your warranty.

Your wand will be marked with its serial number on an anti-tamper seal near the electrical cord. If the anti-tamper seal is removed, missing or displaced, then warranty is voided.

Requesting warranty service on your violet wand:

With proper care and usage, your Violetwanda violet wand will last a lifetime. Generally, we should not see your wand back for any servicing until around 5-7 years depending on how hard you use it. Contact our website that you purchased from by going to our website and using the contact form or the email address.  We’ll verify your warranty was activated and the warranty card is on file and that your purchase is in our system. We will then give you a return authorization number and instructions to package and address your wand. If the warranty was not activated (by not sending in the warranty card within the specified period after purchase) or your direct purchase can not be verified, your violet wand is not under warranty. However, we may still be able to make non-warranty repairs for you and will advise you at that time.

Electrode warranty:

Our electrodes are guaranteed for life that they will not lose their endcap, gas or seal. This is a guarantee, so you do not need to send in any warranty card or activate a warranty. Glass breakage is not covered, and includes hairline fractures. Just let us know through the email contact form on the website that you purchased from so that we can verify original purchase.

Transfer of warranties:

Third party sales of our wands are not under warranty. In some cases, we may be able to transfer an activated warranty prior to a secondary sale, if the seller contacts us ahead of time to verify the active warranty and the original purchase. If approved, we will put the new owner’s name on the active warranty on file. We do not accept any transfer of warranty without prior approval.
