At this time, we are currently not accepting telephone or email orders till further notice.

We apologize for the temporary inconvenience, but we are experiencing heavier than normal order demand for this time of year.  We will post when we are again accepting email or phone orders.  Place your order online with a credit or debit card using the ‘credit card’ payment fields.

Violetwanda Presents orders are mostly not impacted by this increase in orders, but kits will have a few extra days added onto their order fulfillment.  Mjolnir custom orders are impacted, with an expected additional 15 days in fulfillment.

Service issues are also affected.  Normally, service issues take 4-6 weeks for repairs or servicing, etc.  We expect 10-14 days added to service issues.

We are receiving in excess of 100 emails per day currently.  If you have questions, please check the website(s) and your manual. 95% of all questions are already answered in our informational materials.  In addition, please read email responses, invoices and receipts, and any other materials we send you, because they do contain important information for you.   If you have a question that is not addressed anywhere else or is not already covered in our materials, please email and place the pertinent topic in the subject line.  If emails stay at this level, I must reserve the right not to answer questions that I have already provided easy answers to, so thank you for helping me out by reading available materials in advance.

Thank you for your assistance and understanding!  We know our products are in high demand, and that we are the only company in the world making many violet wand products, and we are continuously making them for you.  We hope you understand that manufacturing and providing these unique products to a growing group of violet wand users worldwide, may mean implementing temporary measures such as this.  We hope to be able to accept telephone and email orders again shortly.
